Albert JR. also known to all of us as Beto, was born on December 19, 1983, in Globe, Arizona to Albert Valtierra and Doris Sanchez. He was the eldest of 3 children. He attended Globe schools. During his elementary years he was a member of 4-H along with his sisters. He enjoyed teaching his sisters the tricks of the trade, including breaking his steer by putting a saddle on it, and riding him. There was never a dull moment when he was around. He also enjoyed riding his horse Johnny. When he went to high school, he played baseball, a sport he so loved.
After high school, Beto went to work in the field of construction. Shortly after, he started his family. He was blessed with 7 beautiful children. Hailey, Ashlyn, Jason, Justin, (who was born an angel) Ethan, Damien, and Carson Valtierra. He adored all his children and loved them very much. His favorite time spent with them was in the outdoors, camping, fishing and hunting and also enjoyed cooking. He could go to an empty refrigerator and pull out whatever he found, and cook up a great tasty meal and turn to us and say, “I thought there was nothing to cook!”. He had a love for cooking. He later built his own cook trailer and did many public events along with always cooking for his family. Beto was an entertainer. Family was everything to Beto. He was always there for whom ever needed him, no questions asked.
In Albert’s 38 years, he had no problems passing along everything he knew to anyone who was willing to learn. He passed his skills of operating heavy equipment to co-workers who wanted to expand their skills. His fishing skills which he has taught his boys and anyone who asked for advice. Beto would offer to take anyone hunting as this also gave him an opportunity to get extra time outdoors. He looked forward to the yearly hunting trips with his uncles and cousins weather he got drawn or not, he went to help. These yearly trips will not be the same but we know he will always be there in spirit.
Beto was preceded in death by his sisters Cheserae Valtierra, Dezerae Valtierra Self, his infant son Justin Jose Valtierra, Grandparents Alfred and Lydia Valtierra and Pat Sanchez. His horse Jasper Johnny.
Although our lives will never be the same without him, the many memories he blessed us with will live on forever in our hearts. May you Rest In Eternal Peace Beto.
