Raymond Polk

  Raymond Polk, age 88 of San Carlos, Arizona passed away on March 6, 2019 at Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center in Globe, Arizona. He was born in San Carlos, Arizona on January 8, 1931. He was the son of Josephine (Martin) Howard and Hubert Polk. He was a jewelry designer. He was preceded in death by his parents Josephine Howard and Hubert Polk. He is survived by his daughter Beverly Lupe of San Carlos, his sister Namoi Yazzie of Peridot, his brother Udell Brown of San Carlos, five grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Wake will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at 6:00 A.M. at the San Carlos Miracle Church. Funeral Services will follow at 10:00 A.M. at the San Carlos Miracle Church.   Interment will be at Northgate Cemetery. Assisting the family; Lamont Mortuary of Globe
