Willie McIntosh, age 73 of Peridot, Arizona passed away on December 28, 2018 at Haven of Globe Nursing Home. He was born in San Carlos, Arizona on December 3, 1945. He was the son of Helen (Noline) and Made McIntosh. Willie worked as an operator for the Smelter at Inspiration Consolidated Copper Company. He attended school at Rice Elementary School, Jr. High and high school in San Carlos and attended Stewart Indian School in Stewart, Nevada. He worked for Inspiration Consolidated Copper Company for twenty plus years. He also worked at the Crysotile Asbestos mine at Seneca Lake. He loved to fish, hunt and play the guitar and sing. Spending time with his family and friends was very important to him. He was preceded in death by his parents Helen and Made McIntosh and his son Sal McIntosh. Willie was survived by daughters Carla Patterson (Rodrick) of Peridot, Carlotta Case (Travis) of Peridot, Estella McIntosh of San Carlos, Amelia McIntosh of San Carlos, Vanessa Antonia and Deidre Antonio, his brother William McIntosh of San Carlos, his sister Wilma Gilbert of San Carlos, twelve grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Visitation and services were held on Monday, January 7, 2019 at St. Charles Catholic Church in San Carlos, Arizona. Interment was in Upper Peridot Cemetery.
