Timothy Lomahaftewa

May 5, 1980 — December 14, 2017

Tim was born on May 5, 1980 to Cliff Lomahaftewa and Geraldine Aday-Stevane in Whiteriver, Arizona. Tim attended Peridot Lutheran School until his family moved to Morenci, Arizona. In Morenci he finished grade-school and some high school but chose to obtain a GED. At the age of 18, Tim moved to Peridot, Arizona to live with his Aunt Josie to work as an AD Fire Fighter and after several seasons he moved to Mesa and worked while attending ATI Career Training Institute. After finishing at the institute Tim obtained his certification in the Electrical and Construction Trade and moved on to become a Certified Electrician. His last employment was with the Burden Electric Company. Tim was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying his free time fishing, hunting and camping. He shared this passion with his best friend and brother Walter and treasured the time they got to spend with each other. He adored his nephew Jordan Lomahaftewa and enjoyed sharing his love of the outdoors. Tim valued the many friendships he made and loved taking in the sights of his hometown. Never the loudest in the group but always the first to smile, our son, brother, uncle, nephew and good friend Tim will always be remembered for his quiet and humble demeanor.
