Lucinda Newman

Lucinda Newman age 68, of San Carlos passed away on June 5, 2017 at Haven of Globe Nursing Home in Globe. She was born in San Carlos, Arizona on December 24, 1948 the daughter of Nettie (Mull) and Joseph Bread. She worked for Head Start in child care. She was preceded in death by her parents Nettie and Joseph Bread, her husband Leo Newman, son Leon Newman, and brothers Robert Bread, Andy Bread and Sidney Smith. Lucinda is survived by her sons Amos Newman of Chandler, Leo Rex Newman Jr. of San Carlos, James Lee Newman of San Carlos, daughter Loretta Newman of San Carlos, Sister Corrine Harris of San Carlos, thirteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Wake will be on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at 5:00 P.M. at Corrine Harris’ residence. Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, June 11, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. at San Carlos Miracle Church Interment will be at Upper Peridot Cemetery.
