Jess Homer Stevens Jr.

Jess Homer “J.R.” Stevens Jr. age 54, of Stigler, Oklahoma passed away on March 13, 2017 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. He was born in San Carlos, Arizona on September 12, 1962, the son of Evelyn (Pike) and Jess Stevens Sr. He worked as a ranch hand. Jess was preceded in death by his parents Evelyn and Jess Stevens Sr. He is survived by his children Joseph Stevens of Warm Springs, Oklahoma, Jess Stevens III of Warm Springs, Oklahoma, Shalmarie Hopkins of San Carlos, brothers Homer Stevens of San Carlos, Timothy Stevens of San Carlos, Mark Stevens of San Carlos, sisters Jacquelyn Tuit of Phoenix, Gertrude Goode of San Carlos, Cynthia Stevens of San Carlos, Mary Kay Stevens of San Carlos, and 13 grandchildren. Wake will be on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at 4:00 A.M. at St. Charles Catholic Church in San Carlos. Funeral Services will follow at 9:00 A.M. at St. Charles Catholic Church. Interment will be at Upper Peridot Cemetery.
