Clarence Milton "Butch" North 76, of Globe passed away on December 14, 2016 with his family by his side. Butch was born on September 27, 1940 in Miami, Arizona to John and Vesta North. He served I n the United States Navy and Army and served his country honorably. He then worked as Heavy Equipment Operator at Phelps Dodge Copper Company until his retirement. Butch loved the outdoors, hunting, archery, spending time at “Sherwood” and especially watching his grandkids grow as well as being with his family. Butch was an amazing and beloved husband, dad, papa, brother, uncle & friend. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Sonny. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Kathy (Haddock), his daughters Jackie Hernandez Ojeda (Steven) of Mesa, Lorri Bowe (Jim) of Phoenix, Lisa Dzera (Keith) of Globe, son Alan Hernandez (Angelica) from Tucson and grandkids, Nicki, Casey, Cameron, Brianna, Kenon, Alyssa, and Makena. His sister Dixie (Wayne) and brother, Jimmie (Kelly) as well as his nieces and nephew. Memorial Service will be held on December 29, 2016 at 11:00 am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Globe; reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Arizona Sportsmen for Wildlife Conservation in his name.
