Jerry Pechuli Rambler

Jerry Pechuli Rambler, age 87, of San Carlos, Arizona passed away on Monday, October 17, 2016 at Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center. He was born in San Carlos, Arizona on September 13, 1929, the son of Olive (Talgo) and Homer Rambler. Jerry graduated from St. Johns High School. He enlisted in the U.S. Army right out of High School and served his country proudly in Yokahoma, Japan. He was a member of the Cattle Association, a Tribal Secretary and Council member of the San Carlos Tribe. He also owned his own gas station. Jerry loved to fix things and was a church going man helping out at his church in every way he could. He enjoyed roping and going to Rodeos but was most happy when he was surrounded by his family. Jerry was preceded in death by his sons; Bronson, Ronnie and James Rambler. He is survived by his wife Henrietta (Russell) Rambler of San Carlos, his daughter Sandra Rambler of Bylas, sons; Stephen Rambler and Mark Rambler of San Carlos, Jerry Rambler Jr., Terry Rambler, Gary Rambler, Gregory Rambler and Gerald “Shake” Rambler of Bylas, his sister Delores Cassadore, brothers; Tim Rambler and Harrison Talgo, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Wake will be held on Friday, October 21, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. at the San Carlos Tribal Council Chamber and at 4:00 P.M. at Mar Rambler’s residence in San Carlos, AZ. Funeral Services will be on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at 10:00 P.M. at Grace Lutheran Church in San Carlos, AZ Interment will be at the San Carlos Veterans Cemetery with Military Honors by the San Carlos Veteran’s Association.
