Richard Gidley

Richard Kenneth Gidley age 85, of Globe, AZ passed away on October 15, 2016 at Haven of Globe Nursing Home in Globe, AZ He was born in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio on October 21, 1930, the son of Kenneth and Irene Gidley He worked and retired from the City of Cuyahoga Falls in Ohio, where he worked as an electrician. Richard also worked at Globe Builders Supply and Schwarz Lumber Company in Miami. He enjoyed playing Golf and was a good Bowler. Richard was a member of the First Christian Church and was very fond of his dogs. He served his country proudly in the U.S. Army. Preceded in death by his wife Ruth Gidley in 2005 and his step-son Larry Ray. Richard is survived by his children; Karen Cunningham, Richard “Rick” Gidley, Karen Matthews, Patricia Seaver and Barbara Ray. Memorial Graveside Services will be held on Thursday, November 3, 2016 at 10:00 A.M. at Mountain Breeze Memorial Gardens.
