Joey Hopkins

Joey Hopkins Sr. age 61 of Peridot passed away on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at Mountain Vista Medical Center in Mesa, Arizona. He was born in San Carlos, Arizona on February 20, 1955, the son of Faith (Duncan) and Herbert Hopkins. He worked as a laborer doing construction work. Joey was preceded in death by his parents Faith and Herbert Hopkins and his sister Vivian Hopkins. He is survived by his children Jonathan Hopkins, Terry Hopkins, Joey Hopkins Jr., Sophia Boni, Angelena Hopkins and Nona Hopkins all of Peridot, Arizona, Sisters Lillian Hooke, Dina Hopkins, Betsy Banasua, Karen Cassa, brother Matthew Hopkins Sr. and 33 grandchildren Wake will be held on Friday, September 30, 2016 at 4:00 P.M. at the Carol Hopkins Residence. Funeral Services will be on Saturday, October 1, 2016 @ 1:00 P.M. at the San Carlos Miracle Church. Interment will be in Lower Peridot 6 mile Cemetery. Assisting the family; Lamont Mortuary of Globe
