Mitchell Owen Hoffman

Mitchell Owen Hoffman age 53 of San Carlos, Arizona passed away in Mesa, Arizona at Banner Baywood Medical Center. He was born in Globe, Arizona on June 15, 1963 the son of Winey (Johnson) and Wilson Hoffman. He worked in Law Enforcement and was a Tribal Councilman. Mitchell was preceded in death by his parents Winey and Wilson Hoffman. He is survived by his wife Jolene Gail (Thompson) Hoffman of San Carlos, his daughters Tashina Hoffman, Lori Hoffman, Sheila Hoffman, Winessa Hoffman and his sister Leslie Fuentes of San Carlos. Visitation was held on Friday, August 5, 2016 at the Tribal Council Chambers. Wake followed on Friday at the Hoffman residence with services on Saturday at Burdette Hall and interment in Lower Peridot Cemetery
