Jefferson Black of San Carlos, AZ passed away on Friday, April 1, 2016 at Mt. Vista Medical Center in Mesa, AZ He was 84. Wake will be held on Sunday, April 10, 2016 at 4:00 P.M. at the Black’s residence in San Carlos, AZ Funeral Services will be on Monday, April 11, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. at Burdette Hall in San Carlos, AZ Interment will be at Northgate Cemetery.
