Vera L Amado

Vera Louise Willis Amado, passed away at Hospice of the Valley in Gilbert, Arizona on December 26, 2015. She was born on June 14, 1940 in Snowflake, Arizona. Vera was a devoted wife, m other, grand-mother, great-grandmother and friend. She was proceeded in death by her husband of 44 years, Anthony G. Amado. She is survived by her six daughters: Shirley Del a Torre of Mesa, Arizona, Angie Montolla (Anthony) of Mesa, Arizona, Gina Jonovich (Wayne) of Globe, Arizona, Yvonne Andrade of Mesa, Arizona, Rachel Amado of Globe, Arizona and Dawnelle Amado of Palm Beach, Florida. She had 14 grandkids and 24 great grandchildren. She enjoyed and loved her family deeply, loved cooking, going to casino’s, loved shopping and her favorite pastime was endless trips to Laughlin, Arizona and Las Vegas with her daughters. Her passion was watching and attending Arizona Diamondback games and loved talking to her family on the phone daily. She was a loving, kind soul who will be missed by all who knew her. Her legacy will never be forgotten. Visitation will be on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 @ OLBS at 9:00 A.M. Rosary will follow at 10:00 A.M. Services will follow at 11:00Interment will be in Mountain Breeze Memorial Gardens, Miami, Arizona
