Celestina Jonovich

Celestina Jonovich, age 89, of Globe, AZ passed away on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at her residence in Globe, Az. She was born in Sunnyside, Utah on December 11, 2015 the daughter of Celestino and Pierino (DellaCorte) Fonzasin, Sr. She was raised and schooled in Marquette, MI. She moved to Arizona after contracting Tuberculosis. She met and married Spiro Jonovich and lived for a short time in Laveen, AZ. They moved back to Globe in 1971 and raised their family. Celestina was a loving homemaker all her life, wonderful wife mother, grandmother and great-grandmotherl. She enjoyed spending time with her family and watching her sons and grandchildren play sports. She was predeceased by her husband Spiro Jonovich in 2001 and her son Daniel Jonovich. She is survived by her children; Ivan Jonovich, Bonnie Jonovich, Dorothy J. Conrad, Anthony Jonovich, Tina Jonovich, John Jonovich, Wayne Jonovich, Peter Jonovich, many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
