Virgil Vance Edwards

Virgil Vance Edwards, age 62, of San Carlos, AZ passed away on Saturday, June 27, 2015 at Chandler Regional Med. Ctr. in Chandler, AZ. He was born in San Carlos, AZ on March 4, 1953 the son of Edward Vance and Madeline Molay Edwards. He attended East Globe School and graduated from Stewart Indian School in Carson City, NV. He attended the San Carlos Skill Center where he learned construction. He loved to hunt, go camping and baseball. He enjoyed being outdoors and spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his father; Edward Vance Edwards. Virgil is survived by his wife Vonda Edwards, his children; Boykin Edwards (Rosemary), Virgilene Edwards, Terry Edwards (Robin), Kimberly Talgo (Lewis) and Carri Edwards, his mother Madeline Molay Edwards, his siblings; Eddie Edwards, Josephine Smith, Marion Cassadore, Norma Tessay, Arthur Edwards, Mabeline Talgo, Marthalyn “Marsha” Machuse, Jonathan Edwards, Margaret Cromwell, Eloise “Josie” Henry, April Edwards, 10 grandchildren and one great grandchild. Wake will be held on Friday, July 3, 2015 at 4:00 P.M. at Edwards’ residence in Chinatown/San Carlos, AZ Funeral services will be on Saturday, July 4, 2015 at 1;00 P.M. at Burdette Hall in San Carlos, AZ Interment will be Upper Peridot Cemtery in Peridot, AZ.
