Betty Jean Dewey

Betty Jean Dewey, age 84, of San Carlos, AZ passed away on January 1, 2015 at Heritage Healthcare Center in Globe, AZ She was born and raised in West Virginia. Came to Arizona as a student exchange program. She met her husband Dickson Dewey in a café and never left. She loved the Apache culture and food. She learned to sew and made her own clothes. She loved to cook and hated wearing shoes. Betty is survived by her children Barbara Jean, Kenneth Archer and William Morris Visitation will be Friday, January 9, 2015 at 6:00 A.M. at Darrell Dewey residence in San Carlos, AZ Funeral services will follow at 1:00 P.M. at Darrell Dewey residence. Interment will be at San Carlos Cemetery
