Claudette Dan, age 64, of San Carlos, Arizona passed away on September 30, 2014 at Banner Baywood Medical Ctr. In Mesa, AZ She was born in San Carlos, AZ on November 26, 1949 the daughter of Edgar and Fannie (Parsons) Polk. Claudette is survived by her children Rhonda Dan and Bernard Dan, Jr. both of San Carlos, AZ and her sister Regina Bead. Wake will be held on Friday, October 10, 2014 at 4:00 P.M. at the Dan’s residence in San Carlos, AZ Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. at Burdette Hall in San Carlos, AZ Interment will be at Northgate Cemetery in San Carlos, AZ.
