Mark David Steele

Mark David Steele, age 54 born in Wichita, Kansas on April 19, 1960 and died in Globe, AZ on September 10, 2014. He was preceded in death by his mother Patsy Steele. He is survived by one daughter Julie Ontiveros (Jorge) and one grandson Cole David Ontiveros. He is also survived by his father Gene Steele (Naomi), his brother Craig A. Steele (Jo Ann), one sister Vicki Steele. Mark graduated high school in Socorro, New Mexico. Mark was employed by Freeport McMoran in Miami, AZ as an Infrastructure Technician for 17 years. He also had lived in Yuma for 12 years working as a computer Technician. He was an army veteran and served in the Gulf War. He was also a past member to the Arizona National Guard. Mark was an avid sports fan and particularly enjoyed football. His love for the Oakland Raiders football team was well known by all his family and friends. Another of his great joys in his life was his grandson Cole. He always had a new picture to share with everyone. Mark will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends. A celebration of Mark’s life will be held on September 27th at 10:30 A.M. at the American Legion in Globe Arizona
