Margie Lopez Villalobos

Margie Lopez Villalobos, 65, of Show Low, Arizona, passed away on Saturday, September 6, 2014 at Mercy Gilbert Hospital in Gilbert Arizona. She was born in Harshaw, Arizona. Margie and her husband, Ernest, own and manage the La Casita Café in Show Low, Arizona, since 1985. She and her husband were married 42 years. They were blessed with three children: Ernest, Jr., Melissa and Jeffrey, and nine wonderful grandchildren. She was the rock of the family, quiet but very supportive. She enjoyed spending time with her family and especially loved being with her grandchildren. She was a very loving and giving person. She was strong and courageous and battled an illness for several years. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jose and Lupe Lopez; and brothers, Robert and Cornelio Lopez. Margie is survived by her husband Ernest of ShowLow, Arizona, children, Ernest Villalobos, Jr. (Ernestine), Melissa Davenport, and Jeffrey Villalobos (Desi) of ShowLow, Arizona; nine Grandchildren and Mother-in-law, Cuca Villalobos of Globe Arizona. Siblings: Veva Lopez, Nena Aranda (Lupe), Luciano Lopez (Coyo), Virginia Corona (Joe), Adella Lopez, Lupe Lopez, Richard Lopez (Lindy), Ernest Lopez, Jose Lopez (Carol), and Rosa Madrid (Pat). Funeral Services will be at Holy Angels Catholic Church, visitation at 8:00, Rosary at 9:30, and Mass at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 13, 2014. Interment will be at Globe Cemetery.
