Eleanora Christine Formanek

Eleanora Christine Formanek, age 60, of Claypool, AZ passed away on Sunday, July 27, 2014 at Heritage Health Care Center in Globe. She was born in Miami, AZ on April 11, 1954, and graduated from Miami High School. Preceded in death by her parents, Oscar and Ruth Swanson, Older sister, Barbara Brewer and older brother Ronald Waldrup. She leaves behind a sister, Joyce (Manuel) Medrano of Claypool, AZ niece, Dani (Scott) Crick of Claypool, AZ, nephews, Samuel C.C. Medrano of Bull head City, AZ and Manuel (Shawna) Medrano of Tempe, AZ. She also leaves behind numerous great nieces and great nephews. The family would like to thank the staff of Heritage Health Care and the Gila County Fiduciary Office for the great care that was taken of Chris during her stay and time of need. May God bless you all for the care and love extended to her. The stories she would tell and the great bellow of laughter that came while telling them will never be forgotten. She never sugar coated anything, if you wanted the truth – you only got (sometimes brutal) honesty from Chris. She had the biggest heart and would give the shirt off her back for anyone. We love you Chris. Say hi to Grandma and Barbara and Uncle Ronnie. Memorial Services will be on Saturday, August 9, 2014 at Lamont Mortuary Chapel in Globe, AZ at 1:00 P.M.
