Barbara Gale Russell, Age 75, of Globe, Arizona passed on July 21, 2014 at Cobre valley Regional Medical Center. She was born in Confluence, Pennsylvania on November 13, 1938, the daughter of William and Betty Mitchell. She had worked at Gila General Hospital as a nurse’s aide. Later on she worked at the Globe Elks for 20 years and she retired from the Liquor Stable in 2010. She was a member of the Human Society because of her love for the animals. She liked going on archeology digs and was a rock hunter and collector. Barbara enjoyed cooking, gardening, shopping and yard sales. She also loved being outdoors camping, fishing and hunting and living life to its fullest with her family and friends. She never let any grass grow under her feet. She had places to see and things to do. She was preceded in death by her parents William and Betty Mitchell, her sister Priscilla Wainscott and her son Timothy Guerin. Barbara is survived by her children, Larry Guerin, (Tammy) and her daughter Betty Cockran and grandchildren Mindy Salazar, Richard Guerin and Courtney Owen and seven great grandchildren. Memorial Services were held at Lamont Mortuary Chapel on Monday, July 28, 2014 at 10:00 A.M.
