Jeremiah John Josay

Jeremiah John Josay, age 12, of San Carlos, AZ passed away on June 20, 2014 at the University of Arizona Medical Center in Tucson, AZ He was born in Globe, AZ on July 25, 2001 the son of Ronald Josay and Elizabeth Cassa. Jeremiah is survived by his father Ronald Josay, his mother Elizabeth Cassa, his brothers; Adrian Josay, Dekota Hinton and John Cosen, his grandfather Benny Cassa. Wake will be held on Thursday, June 26, 2014 at 4:00 P.M. at the Cosen residence in San Carlos. Funeral Services will be held Friday, June 27, 2014 at 10:00 A.M. at the San Carlos High School Gym. Interment will be at Northgate Cemetery.
