Elicia Cecelia Josay, age 16, of San Carlos, AZ passed away on June 19, 2014 at a roadside accident in Bylas, AZ She was born in Show Low, AZ on December 1, 1997 the daughter of Ronald Josay and Elizabeth Cassa. Elicia is survived by her father Ronald Josay, her mother Elizabeth Cassa, her brothers; Adrian Josay, Dekota Hinton and John Cosen, her grandfather Benny Cassa, Sr.. Wake will be held on Thursday, June 26, 2014 at 4:00 P.M. at the Cosen residence in San Carlos. Funeral Services will be held Friday, June 27, 2014 at 4:00 at 10;00 A.M. at the San Carlos High School Gym. Interment will be at Northgate Cemetery in San Carlos, AZ.
