Genevieve Marquez

Genevieve Marquez, age 87, of Miami, Arizona passed away on Sat. February 8, 2014 at her residence in Miami, AZ   She was born in Cottonwood, Arizona on May 16, 1927 the daughter of Robert and Laura (Whitehead) Datsi. Enjoyed sewing for her family and making beautiful beadwork. She made many Camp Dresses for family and friends. She also liked to travel to different places around the state and enjoyed the trip she made when she went to Texas. Genevieve was preceded in death by her parents and both of her husbands. Genevieve is survived by her children Jimmy Burke, Bernadine Brown, Redona Wandrie, Judy Jackson, Genevieve Datsi, Carlos Marquez and Carmen Marquez, 24 grandchildren and 50 great grandchildren 5 great-great grandchildren.   Wake will be held on Friday, February 14, 2014 at 6:00 A.M. at Full Gospel Church in San Carlos, AZ Funeral Services will follow at 10:00 A.M. at Full Gospel Church.   Interment will be at Yavapai-Apache Cemetery in Camp Verde, AZ
