Louise Cook

Louise Cook, age 74, passed away on December 28, 2013 in her home in Central Heights, Arizona. Louise was born on September 11, 1939 and spent most of her life in Globe, Arizona. Louise is survived by her husband, Thomas Cook, her brother; Don Hughes; her son, Tony Cook; her daughter, Tina Louise and Melody Ozaeta; her grandchildren, Lynnette Ochoa, Pam Collins, April Crippen, Chanel Ozaeta, and Edward Ozaeta; her 9 great-grandchildren and her 2 great-great- grandchildren. Louise will always be remembered for her willingness to do anything for anyone. A small service for family and close friends will be held at a future date.
