Tyler Baxley, age 18, of Mesa, died September 10, in a tragic car accident. Tyler attended Globe schools and was a member of the Globe High School Wrestling Team. After moving to Mesa he completed his high school education and received his diploma from Red Mountain Community College. He furthered his education and became a certified security officer, and was working for United Security. He is survived by his mother Norma Baxley, of Mesa, and his father Travis (Yvette) Baxley, of Globe. His sisters, Sherry (Frank) Grice, Sheena (Gabriel) Guerrero, and Brandi Amado. His brothers, Kristian (Andrea) Sanchez, Marc (Andrea) Sanchez, and his step-siblings Lindsey Montolla and Anthony Montolla. His (Paternal) grandparents, Priscilla (Bill) West, of Globe, Clyde "Butch" (Alicia) Baxley, of Tucson, and Manuel Cons, of Globe. He had 11 nephews, 8 nieces, and numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends. Lastly, he was also survived by the love if his life, his longtime girlfriend Lindsey Johnson. He was preceeded in death by his grandparents, Jesse & Rita Castaneda (Maternal), of Claypool, and Armida Cons, of Globe. Memorial Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, September 20th, at High Desert Middle School at 10:00 A.M. Burial services will be private.
