Nathaniel Begay

Nathaniel Ray Begay, age 50, of San Carlos, AZ passed away on June 18, 2013 at Phoenix Baptist Hospital in Phoenix, AZ He was born in Phoenix, AZ on January 5, 1963, the son of Notah and Connie (Long) Begay. Enjoyed being outdoors, going fishing whenever he could and he worked as a landscaper beautifying the land. Nathaniel served his country proudly in the U.S. Army Preceded in death by his parents and his younger brother Jonathan Begay in May of 2012. “Danny” is survived by his son Melvin Begay of Sioux City, Iowa, his three sisters; Debra Vaughan of Prescott Valley, AZ Dorothea Begay of Laveen, AZ and Jennifer Begay of Phoenix, AZ, and three grandchildren Melvin, Daisha and Sarah. Wake will be on Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at 6:00 A.M. at New Harvest Church, San Carlos, AZ Funeral Services will follow at 9:00 A.M. at the church Interment will be with Military Honors at San Carlos Veterans Cemetery in San Carlos, AZ
