Everett Todd, Jr.

Everett Todd, Jr., age 97 of Globe, AZ passed away on Sunday, January 20, 2013 in Globe, AZ He was born in Sedan, Kansas on July 28, 1915. Son of Everett and Ellen (Conklin) Todd. Everett and his parents came to Globe in 1935 after residing in Phoenix. He worked for all the mines in the Globe area and Superior. He was a machinist for Copper Cities Service and retired in 1978. He was also in the Civilian Conservation Corp. and at one time worked at the Gran Canyon. Todd and Ruth were married for 68 years. He enjoyed going fishing and bowling. He loved all sports especially baseball. He was a big fan of the Diamondbacks and the Phoenix Suns. He also enjoyed watching horse races and car racing. Preceded in death by his wife Ruth Mae Trainor Todd. Everett is survived by his son Norman Todd and his daughter Nancy Justice and his sister Betty Garrels, 6 grandchildren, 6 Great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren Funeral Services will be private
