Mary Ann Gates

Mary Ann Gates, age 68 of San Carlos, Arizona passed away on October 1, 2012 at her residence in San Carlos, AZ She was born in San Carlos, AZ on June 18, 1944. Daughter of George and Libbie (Upshaw) Cassadore, Sr. Mary Ann attended Rice School and high school in California. When she got married she lived in California and Ohio. Later she moved back to San Carlos. She was a wonderful homemaker always taking care of her family. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren She is preceded in death by her parents and her daughters; Rosemary and Sharon Gates, her grandson Dano Benally. Mary Ann is survived by her children Juliet Gates, Julie Gates, Bernard Gates, Jr. and Tanya Gates, 22 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. Wake will be Sunday, October 7, 2012 at 4;00 P.M. at the Gates’ Residence on Rt. 6. Funeral services will be on Monday, October 8, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Charles Catholic Church Interment will be at San Carlos Cemetery.
