Stanley Lee Patten, Jr. better known as “Mickey” passed away on September 30, 2012 at Banner Baywood Medical Center in Mesa, AZ He was born in Globe, AZ on September 10, 1968 to the late Betty Jo and Stanley Patten. His clans are born to the Dzil’li’kesilahn (Mountains one after another) and born for the Tc’ilndi’yena’dn’aiye (Walnut tree people) above all, he was a child of God and he entered eternal life September 30,2012 just two weeks after his mother’s passing. “Mick” and his mother were very close and he must have known she had passed and wanted to be with her. He started attending the Assembly of God Church recently which he had grown up in and he knew his Savior Jesus Christ. Mick was an adventurer. He had seen and done many things in his life time. Just to name a few as a young man he was a ranch hand in one to the cattle associations. Attended truck driving school, attended Bartending School, was Security Guard for the San Carlos and White Mountain Apache Tribes and also a business in Mesa. Mick had many, many friends he seemed to make friends easily everywhere he went. He will truly be missed by everyone. ‘Mickey” is survived by his sister Carolee (Patten) Hooke, brother-in-law Samuel Hooke, and numerous Uncles, Aunties and extended family members. Wake will be Friday, October 5, 2012 at 4:00 P.M. at the late Betty’s Patten’s Residence in San Carlos, AZ Funeral services will be Saturday, October 6, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. at the Patten’s residence Interment will be at Chinatown Cemetery in San Carlos, AZ Assisting the family; Lamont Mortuary of Globe.
