Wayne Cly

Wayne Cly, age 61, of Peridot, Arizona passed away on Friday, September 14, 2012 at Banner Baywood Medical Center in Mesa, AZ He was born in San Carlos on July 25, 1951, son of Ted and Nancy Cly. Wayne was raised in Peridot, AZ, his education in San Carlos Day School and Globe High School. He participated on the LDS placement program living with foster parents in San Jose and Chatworth California. He graduated from Chatsworth High School in 1970. In 1972 -1973 he continued his education at Bringham Young University, and later at University of Southern California in Los Angeles in Computeer Technology. He bettered himself, by joining the United States Marines, where he was honorable discharged on August 30, 1972. Wayne returned home to Peridot, and remained in Peridot to work and support his family whom he loved very much. He enjoyed Bowling, playing Billards and doing bead work. Preceded in death by his parents Ted and Nancy Cly, his sister Purlita Cly and his grandmother Alice Nakiz. Wayne is survived by his son Myron Cly of Peridot, AZ, his brothers; Ross Dia, Wilson Cly and Bobby Shorten, his grandchildren; Josiah Cly, Larissa Cly and Altah Cly. Wake will be Thurs. September 20, 2012 at 4:00 P.M. at Ross Dia’s Residence/New Moonbase/Peridot, AZ Funeral services will be held Friday, September 21, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saint in San Carlos, AZ Interment will be at Northgate Cemetery in San Carlos, AZ
