Jonathan Paul Begay

On January 31, 1967 a child named Jonathan Paul Begay was born in Phoenix, Arizona. He is the son of Notah and Connie (Long) Begay. Jonathan’s childhood had many challenges in his life. When he was born he had a health condition that risked his life at a very young age. The doctors at the Good Samaritan Hospital called him a “Miracle Child” after he fought for his life to live. Jonathan graduated from Horizon High School in 1985. In 1985 to 1986 he attended Scottsdale Community College. In 2010 he enrolled in Sanford Brown Medical School to study and become a Cardiology Technician. In 1986 –2010 he also had interest in becoming a Taxi Driver and he studied to be a Bartender. Jonathan always wanted to try new things in life so he continued to experience and explore new skills. Jonathan was an entrepreneur in Real Estate as well as operating his own landscaping business. In 1997 Jonathan married Angela Gray from Lancaster, New Hampshire and they had a beautiful daughter named Ashlye Faith Begay. Jonathan left us with much love and good memories that will live through each one of us. He was known to have many jokes and laughter. Till we meet again, thank you for being a loving father, brother, son, nephew, uncle and friend. We will forever hold you near. God bless you, Jonathan may you rest in peace.
