Carlos Anaya

Carlos Anaya, age 66 of Claypool, Arizona passed away on Tues. February 28, 2012 at Hospice of Arizona in Mesa, AZ He was born in Superior, AZ on August 6, 1945. Son of Pedro and Annie (Havercorn) Anaya He had worked at the Superior Arboretum, the Herron’s Ranch and as a cook. Carlos had a kind heart, he liked cooking, his specialty was making Tamales. He enjoyed being with family and friends, he liked to dance, watch basketball and boxing. In his younger years he was a boxer himself. He was preceded in death by his parents Annie and Pete Anaya, his sister Carmen Anaya and his brother Robert Havercorn. Carlos is survived by his sister Guadalupe Anaya of Superior, AZ, his brothers; Cruz Anaya of Phoenix, Henry Anaya (Cathy) of Show Low, and Albert Anaya (Robin) of Claypool, AZ Rosary will be held on Tues. March 6, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Superior, AZ Funeral Mass will follow at 11:00 A.M. at St Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Superior, AZ
