Jewel Dana Martinez, age 28, of Peridot, Arizona passed away on November 4, 2011 in San Carlos, Arizona She was born in Phoenix, Arizona on December 27, 1982 Daughter of Alma D. Martinez, Sr. and Lolita B. Goseyun Enjoyed telling stories, loved to read and write and being with her friends and family. Preceded in death by her father Alma d. Martinez, Sr. Jewel is survived by her daughter Sara Ruby Ann of Bylas, Arizona, her mother Lolita B. Martinez, her brothers; Jason Martinez, David Benally, Alma D. Martinez, Jr., her sisters; Cherish Hinton, Naylynn Benally and Alma Gina Martinez. Wake will be on Sunday, Nov. 13, 2011 @ 3:00 P.M. @ Benally Residence/ New Moonbase/Peridot, AZ. Funeral Services will be Monday, Nov. 14, 2011 @ 1:00 P.M. @ Lighthouse assembly of God, Bylas, AZ Interment will be at Central Heights Cemetery – Bylas, Arizona
