Edward William Hinderberger Jr. age 78 died peacefully surrounded by his family on October 18, 2011. He is survived by his wife Theresa (Gigi) of 57 years, children Kathy (Rick), Kelly (Steve), Keith (Karen), Kori (Roy), grandchildren Ashley, Brittany, Garrett, Taylor, Michael, Mathew and great grandson Conor. Edward was a graduate of Globe High School, where he was Senior Class Vice President, lettered three years in football and one year in track. He attended U.of A. for a short time prior to marrying his high school sweetheart and joining the U.S. Navy. After four years of service he and Theresa returned to Globe to raise their family. He joined Inspiration Consolidated Copper Co., later Cypress where he spent 32 years of dedicated service as a metallurgical accountant. He was active in the local VFW an American Legion. After retiring he volunteered his time at Holy Angeles Catholic Church as an usher and bookkeeper. He was an avid collector of coins, stamps and post cards. He also enjoyed golfing with family and friends. He was a loving caring husband, father and papa and he will be truly missed. Rosary will be held on Sat.
