Arlene Smith

Mrs. Arlene T. Smith, age 81 of Peridot, Arizona passed away on October 5, 2011 at University Medical Center in Tucson. She was born in San Carlos on February 13, 1930. Daughter of Oliver and Amy (Randall) Talgo. She worked as a Director for the Community Health Representative for the San Carlos Tribe. Enjoyed Preceded in death by her daughter Elizabeth Moses, her brother Larry Talgo and her sister Cordelia Kindelay. Arlene is survived by her children Michael Smith (Ellen), Bobby Jo Smith (Theresa), Jimmy Smith (Faye) and Sally Hooke (Malcolm) her brothers; Harrison Talgo, Sr., Stevenson Talgo, Oliver Talgo,Jr. Elliot Talgo, Sr. her sisters; Audrey Anderson, Nina Yoyetewa, Berlinda Miller, Marthabel Talgo, Ethel Talgo, JoAnn Victor, Serena Stewart and Connie Kitcheyan, 13 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Wake will be on Sunday, October 9, 2011 @ 9:00-11:00 A.M. @ the Smith’s Residence/Hallelujay Square – Peridot, AZ. Funeral Services will be Sun. October 9, 2011 at 1:00 P.M. at Stanley hall in Bylas, AZ Interment will be at Blackpoint Cemetery – Bylas, AZ
