Rebecca Agatha Thompson

Rebecca Agatha Thompson age 31 of San Carlos, Arizona passed away on September 4, 2011 at Mercy Gilbert Medical Center in Gilbert, Arizona. She was born in Phoenix, Arizona on September 17, 1979. Daughter of David & Julia (Stevens) Thompson, Sr. Becky attended Rice Elementary School and graduated from San Carlos High School in 1999, where she joined the Special Olympics team and won many medals and ribbons for her achievements. After graduating she attended the Project PPEP (DTA Program) where she learned arts and crafts,and went on field trips with her classmates. She enjoyed listening to music, watching television, playing with her brothers and sisters, getting piggy back rides. She was a very warm and lovable person. Becky is survived by her parents David & Julia Thompson, her brothers; Joseph (Mildred) Thompson, David (Samantha) Thompson Jr., Patrick (Arlene) Thompson, Victor Thompson, Luke (Lona) Thompson, her sisters Maryann (Frederick) Boni, Dorinda (Frank) Ivins, Lorenda Thompson and Christine Thompson, many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. She was loved very much and will be missed by all who knew her. Wake will be on Friday, September 9, 2011 @ 4:00 P.M. @ David & Julia Thompson’s residence in Cutter, Arizona Followed by Rosary at 7:00 P.M. Funeral Services will be Sat. September 10, 2011 @ 9:00 A.M. @ St. Charles Catholic Church. Interment will be at Thompson’s Family Private Cemetery – Cutter, AZ
