Baby Crisalyn Joy Chatlin Lee, 1 month old of Peridot, Arizona passed away on August 18 2011 at Banner Desert Childrens Hospital in Mesa, AZ She was born in Mesa, Arizona on July 12, 2011 Daughter of Richler Lee and Vannetta Chatlin. Crisalyn is survived by her parents Richler Lee and Vannetta Chatlin, her brothers; William T. Martin, Jr.,and Kyle Chatlin her sisters; Kelsey L. Martin and Morgan Rochelle L. Lee, her Maternal Grandparents Knutson & Ophelia Chatlin, her Paternal Grandparents Richard & Sarah Lee, and numerous aunts and uncles. Viewing will be on Sat. August 27, 2011 from 6:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M.@ Knutson Chatlin’s Residence in Peridot, AZ Funeral Services will be held at the American Indian Church @ 11:00 A.M. on Sat. Aug. 27, 2011 Interment will follow at Holy Ground Cemetery, San Carlos, Arizona
