Angie Navarro Salas

Live long resident of Globe, Arizona, Angie N. Salas, age 77, passed away on Mon. July 11, 2011 at her residence in Globe. She had been battling cancer for the last 18 months and left with all her family surrounding her. Daughter of Guadalupe and Josephina Navarro. She enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren. She liked to go camping, fishing, dancing and putting a smile on everyone’s face. She is loved by many and she will be greatly missed. Preceded in death by her parents, her husband Raymond M. Salas, her son Raymond N. Salas, Jr. her brother Manuel Navarro and grandchild Joe Garcia Angie is survived by her two daughters; JoAn Minchew and Diana Walls, both of Globe, her two sons; Arthur Salas of Flagstaff, AZ and Alejandro Salas of Glendale, AZ, 12 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren, six sisters and four brothers. Visitation will be on Friday, July 15, 2011/ @ 5:00 P.M. @ Holy Angels Catholic Church Followed by Rosary at 7:00 P.M. Funeral Services will be on Saturday, July 16, 2011/ @ 10:00 A.M. @ Holy Angels Catholic Church in Globe.
