Haskell E Walker

Haskell “Gene” Walker, age 72, of Globe, Arizona passed away on June 30, 2011 at his residence in Globe, He was born in Bakersfield, California on June 30, 1939. Son of Harvey and Leona (Tabor) Walker. He was a devoted husband, father, brother and grandfather. He had worked as a heavy equipment supervisor for B.H.P. Pinto Valley. Gene liked fishing and bowling. He participated in many city, state and national bowling tournaments. He enjoyed spending time with his family, playing with his grandchildren and visiting with friends. He will be greatly missed and remembered with great love and affection by all those who knew him. Preceded in death by his son Robert Leroy Walker and his parents. “Gene” is survived by his wife Sharon Walker of Globe, his two daughters; Becky Taylor and Crystal Barbee (Randy) both of Globe, his sisters; Marie Sampson and Crystalene Patterson both of Bakersfield, CA, 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Visitation will be on Friday, July 8, 2011 @ 6:00 P.M. @ Lamont Mortuary Chapel in Globe. Funeral Services will be Sat. July 9, 2011 @ 10:00 @ Lamont Mortuary Chapel in Globe. AZ Interment will be at Globe Cemetery – Globe, AZ
